What we’re aiming for

We build slicklickslabs.com toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means keyboard navigation throughout, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, colour contrast that holds up in both our light and dark themes, and respect for your system’s reduced-motion setting.

Where we know we fall short

We’re a small brand and we haven’t had a formal third-party accessibility audit yet, so we won’t claim full conformance. Some things we already know:

• The checkout itself is hosted and rendered by Stripe, so its accessibility is theirs rather than ours.
• Product photography shows designs that are visual by nature; we describe each design by name, but a printed graphic can’t be fully conveyed in text.
• We haven’t tested every page with every screen reader/browser combination.

Email help@slicklickslabs.com or call 312-262-8274. Tell us what page you were on and what happened. If a part of the site is in your way, we will take your order directly over email or phone rather than make you fight the website for it — same price, same everything.

We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not feedback. They get fixed.
