1. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Before your order ships, you may cancel it for any reason and receive a full refund. Email help@slicklickslabs.com with your order number and we will cancel and refund it promptly.

Shipping timeframe. We aim to ship every order within the timeframe stated at checkout and on our FAQ. If we cannot ship within that timeframe, we will notify you and offer you the choice of consenting to the delay or cancelling for a full refund. If we do not hear back from you, we will refund the order.

Once your order has shipped, all sales are final. Every garment is made to order after purchase rather than stocked, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped orders — including on size or design.

Where the item purchased is a Mystery Drop, you acknowledge that the design is selected by us at fulfilment from the pool displayed on that product’s page, and is not chosen by you. Where the item purchased is a single style, you receive the exact design shown on that product’s page. By completing your purchase, you accept the item received as-is. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, you must contact our support team at help@slicklickslabs.com within 30 days of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the damage/defect. Slick Licks Labs LLC will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the item qualifies for a replacement.

2. Garment Care Instructions

To maintain the integrity of your custom print and the quality of the fabric, you must follow these instructions:

• Turn garment inside out before washing.
• Turn garment inside out before drying.
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results.
• Do not iron directly over the design.

Note: Failure to follow these care instructions may result in premature fading, cracking, or damage to the print, for which Slick Licks Labs LLC cannot be held responsible.

3. Legal Terms & Conditions

• Disclaimer of Variation: Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations in print placement or ink saturation may occur. These are considered characteristics of the item and do not constitute a defect.
• Limitation of Liability: Slick Licks Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the specific item involved in the claim.
• Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Slick Licks Labs LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
• Nothing Here Waives Your Statutory Rights: Where any provision of these terms conflicts with a right granted to you by applicable consumer-protection law, that law governs and the conflicting provision does not apply to you.
