What is a Mystery Drop?
You pick a size and pay $25. We pick the design from the current pool and hand-press your shirt in-house. The exact design is a surprise until it arrives.
Can I choose which design I get?
No — that's the whole point. You can see every design currently in the pool before you order, but which one you get is random at ship time.
How much do shirts cost?
Every shirt is $25, all sizes. Flat $2.50-per-shirt shipping is added at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Every shirt is pressed to order. Expect 5–10 business days from checkout to delivery within the US.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships we email you a USPS tracking link. You can also look it up any time at /track using your order number and the email you checked out with — no account needed. Give it up to 24 hours after the shipping email for USPS to log the first scan; it's normal for tracking to look quiet until the package reaches a sorting facility.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada.
What are the shirts made of?
100% cotton — heavyweight, enzyme-washed, printed with water-based inks. Fibre content and care instructions are on the label inside every garment.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — any time before it ships. Email help@slicklickslabs.com with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once a shirt has been pressed and shipped it's final sale. If we can't ship within the time we quoted you, we'll contact you with the option to wait or get a full refund.
What is your return policy?
Once your order has shipped, all sales are final — no returns or exchanges, including on size or design. (You can cancel any time before it ships — see above.) If an item arrives damaged or defective, email help@slicklickslabs.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
